1. Course Enrollment & Payment
•All payments made for Salesforce tutoring sessions, training programs, or IT solution services are considered final once confirmed.
•Access to digital content, live classes, or resources will be granted only after successful payment.
2. Cancellations
•If you wish to cancel a booked session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
•Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered as utilized and no rescheduling or refund will be possible.
•For package-based enrollments, unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person or refunded.
3. Refund Policy
•Since we provide digital services and personalized training, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a session or course has started.
•Refunds are only applicable in special cases such as:
•Duplicate payment made by mistake.
•Technical error from our payment gateway leading to multiple charges.
•Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
•Students may request to reschedule a session (with valid reasons) by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
•Rescheduling is subject to availability.
